Question KHP4 produced CD+G and CAVS JB-199 compatibility

I have some general questions before placing an order with MTU. I am interested in your MTU-certified DVD burner and KHP4 software.

I have a CAVS JB-199 windows-based karaoke jukebox. CAVS recommends use of Plextor brand CDG reader/burner.

1) Can I assume that the MTU-certified CDG/DVD burner for sale is Plextor OEM?

2) Search of this forum of "CAVS" and "JB-199" came up empty. The
JB-199 can upload and store mp3/CDG files. Is it correct to assume that CD+G produced by KHP4 could not be uploaded into JB-199 because it is a wav/CDG format?

3)Is there a way to convert the KHP4 wav/CDG file to a usable mp3/CDG file?

Would love to be able to make CDGs of songs that are not available for sale as karaoke, but suspect that I am SOL.

Thanks
