Poor Video Quality

I replaced my graphics card to enable 3 monitors (GeForce GTX 1630). Video is great with everything except Hoster. All the video from Hoster is in tiny squares. Would appreciate any suggestions.

Dell Optiples 9020
Intel Core I7 3.4GHZ
32 GB ram
Windows 10 Pro
