Out of sync after converting

Made a disc and got everything in snyc. Played and sounded great. The problem came when I saved the file. Is saved with no problem. I exported it to a cdg file and imported it to hoster. About the last third of the disc is now out of sync. I go back and check the orginal file in kjpro and it plays in sync. What could be the problem.
I also wrote it to a disc and it is also out of sync.

Larry you keep saying disc in your post. Are you creating a whole disc of songs or just one?

Yeah I was gonna tell him to zip the KHP .KPR file and post it here so we could try to replicate the problem, but realized after I'd posted that the .KPR file is no more than a link and it would not have any .TXT and .WAV files to load.

Goes back to the old saying; make sure brain is engaged before putting mouth(fingers) in gear

And here it is only Tuesday

Thanks George and Dale for trying to figure it out. Bryan and the Cheif at MTU told me to send a disc of the file. When I checked the size of the file I knew all of it wasn't there. How would you do that.
I quess it don't mater. My wife said she thought it was fine. I thought the graphics was ahead of the vocals a little to much after I saved it to a bin and kma. I wrote it to a disc and played it in a player and imported the kma into Hoster. Both files seem to be a little off when I played them. She said I was to partictular. That the file was fine.

Thanks guys for all the help.
