i just got a new computer and i have order the karaoke suite #4.i already have microstudio v2.400. now it dont work.i have got to buy a driver now, will all of my program work with a plextor driver.
and what kind do i need. i have a dell dimension celeron processor at 2.4 ghz, 128mg, 80gb 7200 rpm. windows xp.can someone help me ,i'm new at this.

first of all, give them a little time to read the post. you only posted 30 minutes apart.

next what cd writer are you using. the new Microstudio only supports plextor.

I will try to help with anything I can.

i know that the cd writer that i have now dont sopport the microstudio.i have a samsung cd-r/rw sw 252s dvd/cd-r.what i wont to kown will the plextor sopport all of the programs i have order and if i can get one from dell .theres is not as high.and it say it is cd+g

I have the plextor dvd it is model 708a and yes all mtu programs work with it. also I have a 48-24-48 they work with. Inly the older plextors, and the ones in forein countries I believe are a problem

Microstudio is the only program in our Karaoke Suite #4 that interfaces to the CDR drive. Therefore, Vogone, Keyrite and Karaoke Home Producer do not use the CDR drive.

Microstudio only supports Plextor drives today. I expect any Plextor in any country would work with Microstudio 2.517 that we are currently shipping.
