We are officially into September now. Any idea when the patch will come out and do you have it working with Vista 64-bit?

Just trying to figure out if I need to rebuild to Vista 32-bit.

Testing on the next release has barely begun due to trying to get Hoster working correctly and all the new features added. So don't look for it too soon.

YES!

Except it will be 4.10, using our new "user remove-move" feature so you don't need MTU to help move an installation. We expect to get a Beta Version out tomorrow! Sorry Dale, I haven't had time to tell you folks what ELSE we've been up to.

Vista 64??? Don't know yet. That has been a very elusive problem we haven't got a hard "bug" for yet. It MAY be fixed, and later today we'll know.

Not many upgrades in 4.10 (aka 4.007). What were you looking for?

We also are working hard on 4.20, which will have new abilities to import VCD and DVD tracks, and burning VideoCDs, DVDs later; and other new features. However, Microstudio is VERY FULL featured now.

SOOOOOO what else do you want it to do?

After reading the Admin reply, I went back to the 4.006 product page - remembering a blurb that it would be addressed in the next version. (This coincided with a post by Admin on July 21st in the New Features forum). To my surprise that page got changed:

NOTE: Microstudio 4.001 and higher requires Windows 2000+SR4, or XP Home/Pro/Media Center+SR2, or Vista with .NET Framework v1.1 or higher. Microstudio 4.006 will NOT... repeat NOT... run with Vista 64. We know the problem exist and will fix it in a future version.

>>>Note it says future version. LOL Who changed the page?

*sigh* Guess I wont hold my breath on Vista-64 and will just re-install to Vista-32. Course that means you won't have me to QA your product on Vista 64 now
