KhPro have never worked since I purchased it!

I have had KhPro since the 2nd July 2003 and I have never been able to get it to work. The original problem was that I accidentally chose the wrong MAC address when I originally registered the software for BOTH HOSTER AND KHPro. Since then Hoster has been fixed and running like a dream .....Thanks, I love it. The same cannot be said for KhPro. Please can I have the same MAC address registration code as I have for Hoster at present. I'm sure this will solve the problem. I have tried to ring but I think this is the best way to get this rectified.
Thanks in advance
Paul
