Search not finding VCD songs - VCDs in a different folder and not added to Songs DB

Hey guys

Having a problem searching for imported VCD songs. I know they are there as if I try to import them again they are greyed out and marked imported. Search used to find VCD files but now doesn't. It may have dropped of in the latest update. Has anyone had this problem or know of a solution?

Cheers

Albert

Re: Search Window not finding imported VCD songs

I take it you have the video tab highlighted when you do a search.

To test un-highlight Karaoke & Audio and enter a * in the search field, it should find all your vcd's

You might want to try rebuilding your database, but make sure the folders with the vcd songs a showing in the rebuild list.

I found the problem! I had re-built the songs database and not realized that my backup hard drive had my VCDs in a different location to my regular drive. I had moved them on the main drive and forgot to do the same on the backup. Sloppy work on my part!
