Need Firmware upgrade

I received my slimline burner yesterday. I tried some discs, but it wouldn't work. A box came up and suggested updating firmware. I can't find Firmware for the pioneer DVR-K06 anywhere. Where do you go when you set up a laptop?

Thanks,
Ernie

ddouglas,
Thanks for the info... It worked! I did a Service Ticket with MTU, and they told me I would have to search myself. I was surprised that they weren't more helpful, since they sell the units.

Thanks again,
Ernie

You are welcome. All I did was go to Pioneer website (Google Search - Pioneer). Any Firmware updates will always be the hardware manufacturer, not the software company.
