Microstudio

trying to register but keep getting error message . I've reentered everything the old code and upgrade code ,and of course my email . the only missing is the line under it which I don't know how to put it there. I've done this several times.
I've used a split screen with email and register side by side so not to make a mistake .

Go to the MTU e-mail and highlight what you want to copy and press Ctrl+C then go back to the reg. screen and press Ctrl+V. This way you are sure to copy exactly as registered.

What messages if any are you getting? Read the FAQ and post some specifics as to what you see... The more info you can give the easier it should be for someone to help you.

HI. Here's the error I'm getting
MTU Registration Error
Something is wrong withyour registration. Read below how to fix it.
The registration code you entered is wrong. Please find your download instruction email with your registration code and enter it exactly as it appears . Click Ok to close this message, then click the back button and enter the correct code.
Now I'm not to great on computers but this seems pretty dam
simple to me.
Now it calls for my oridginial code from my frist purchase of microstudio, which I still have the email and code.At the time I bought suite. On june 19 2002 3:56 I recieved email confirming
my purchase. Second email same time with download instruction.
So ?????

Enter the Registration Code you received in the download insructions email for your recent purchase into the Original Registration Code Field. Don't enter anything in the Upgrade Registration Code field while installing.
