Clicking a hyperlink in my email...

Hello
I downloaded and tried to install upgrade to 3.001... 3.0 was working fine... Now when I click on ANY hyperlink in any email it opens the installer for Microstudio... I have tried uninstalling it completely and it still brings up the installer... I need help please!
