hardrive empty

i have all my karaoke songs on my external hardrive, ( maxtor )and i downloaded the microstudio demo , when i tried to play a song , choosing my ext. drive, it keep saying that my ext hardrive is empty...

How did you get these songs? Microstudio will only play songs that are in the .cdg file format imported through your CD-Rom drive in Microstudio.

If you are looking to play .mp3+g files then Hoster 3.100 is what you will need. This should be released in about 2-3 weeks at the latest. This will allow you to use this type of file.

Microstudio will only uses files imported by Microstudio.

now i know what you're saying..thats why i couldn't play any song in my ext. drive..he imported it using kma file or maybe he just made a mirror image of his int. drive.. ( in order to have a back-up just incase something happen to his , since we do karaoke show ) i guess i have to ask im..
