Use Windows Explorer and open the folder where those files are located. Change extension from CDG to BIN. Then Microstudio will see them. Both are the same format but to prevent confusion with MP3+G which also uses a CDG file for the graphics Microstudio was changed to not show CDG files.

You have over 3000 songs in full CDG format?
Or are your song files in MP3+G or Zipped?

What I listed before doesn't apply except to the old CDG imports that Microstudio used to do.

Highlight the filename, right click on it and choose rename. Then highlight the extension and change it from CDG to BIN.

There are free programs out there that can do mass renaming. I used a photo program called ACDSee that I already had that would mass rename.
