Microstudio does not detect any drives

Help! Microstudio seems to run ok, but does not detect my plextor 24/10/40A (from MTS) or the other cdrw, either with Karaoke or with audio buttons. Also, Plextors DiscDope will make an image to hard drive, but will not write it to blank cd. I have gotten the Roxio program to make data cd. I have DX version 8.1 320M ram, no problems listed under diagnose. I have tried uninstalling everything and reinstall, disconnecting drives (both and either) and removing from device manager and reinstalling, nada.
Any ideas???
Thanks,
Dwight

Dwight,

See the post at beginning of this forum by Support regarding ASPI drivers and instructions on downloading. Perhaps that may be the problem. Hope so.

Take care,

George

George, good call, thanks. That does seem to help with MicoStudio. It was set on using MTU aspi drivers and I changed to default, presto the drives showed up.
