Invalid Music File

Why do I get this error message? All of the files play but I cannot burn a disc. I use Microstudio 4.2 on a windows xp laptop

What type of file extension is on this file?

Microstudio supports certain formats.

I ripped all three cd for third time. All songs played and, finally, I was able to burn the songs I wanted from each to a custom cd. I still have no idea what was wrong, but at least I can burn again
