Angry Registration problems

My computer has crashed. I have built a new computer. While loading Microstudio 2.506 that I have purchased, I receive an error stating that the product is already registered to a different Mac address for my ethernet device.
I usually get a new computer approx. every 6 months. Am i going to get these problems with every new computer?

Doug, I hope you have better luck than I. MTU has been great responding to me in the past when I first bought the complete package. Now that I have changed to a 120 gig hard drive my Microstudio and Karaoke Pro will not operate nor will they reload with the original ser. numbers. I have been trying to contact MTU for 3 weeks to no avail. No one answers the phone and my messages I left have not got a response either. Good Luck.

I have now left to messages with their "operator's" voice mail to call me back. I have had no response. I'm still without Micrstudio. It is very frustrating

Why haven't they responded?

Hi Doug,

They finally got back with me and took care of my registration problems. All is working great now. I think they must get pretty backed up with problems and they take them in the order they are rec'd. Don't give up yet but do call again and leave a message letting them know you need the program to operate.

In both of your cases, we could not verify your ownership records from your Forum posts.

douglasd3, you have used a different email address than you purchased with. If you will click the PM button below this post and send me a PRIVATE message with your registration email address, or Sales Order number you purchased with, or any other way to identify you, then we can help you. Problem is you are "hiding" from us and you've done a very good job!

We must identify you and locate your registration records to help you. So... help me first.
