It's possible that something may have gotten corrupted on your system.
You might want to try uinstalling Microstudio, REBOOT the computer, then Reinstall Microstudio, and REBOOT the computer.

Then make sure that the ASPI driver that you are using under the Drives menu, in Microstudio is set to "Use the default driver". Then close and reopen Microstudio.

Hope this helps

Busy error

I did what you suggested and got the same results. I uninstalled, rebooted, reinstalled, changed drive to default, closed program, reopened MTS and did a test CD and got the same Busy error message. What next?

You don't by any chance have Roxio Easy Cd Creator 5 installed do you? If so, there's a program in there called Take Two that has caused enough problems that Adaptec has dropped the Take Two from their upgrade version 6.

If that'e the case you can either uninstall and do a custom install omitting the Take Two feature, or go to their website and install Version 6.

If this doesn't get it, or is not applicable, then we're going to need more info regarding your system, as much as you can tell us.

Hang in there. If I don't nail it, someone will
