For my KJ's, They transport the systems and set up and break them down each night. I always split the show fee 50/50.

This is for bar gigs only, If the office books the show we paid the Dj/KJ $100, if the DJ/KJ pickups a bar gig we get a $50 rental for any night of the week, expect for Saturday.

I believe 1/3rd is fair for show and go. it's your equiptment, job, reputation, insurance and everything else that goes with it.

For a show and go, I also believe 1/3 is fair. But if they do set up break down and transport of a mobile system I believe half is fair.
