question about registration

I had Microstudio installed on my pc for a few years and now it won't work (because I had Windows reinstalled since then), so I need to reinstall it. I no longer have my serial number, registration code, whatever you call it. I emailed support...how long does it take to get a response? I just got a KJ job so I am really anxious to back up my disks to save the wear and tear.

What you will need to do is purchase the Upgrade from www.mtu.com for $15.

This is stated in the emails, when you purchase the products that there is a $15 charge to replace this.
