New computer

I install KHP and installed on my computer but had no luck running programs so I purchased a new computer but when I try to intall KHP & Vogone I get an error message saying our records show you have installed this program on another computer. What gives? I freely admit I installed it on another computer but I now need to install it on my new one so how do I get this resolved?
