Hello Terence Chan,
This is a problem that cannot be solved.
Any data base is going to be out of date even before it is published.
If you buy new discs on a regular basis typing them up is your only option.

DO I IMPORT THSES UPDATED DISCS AS A CUSTOM ASSEMBLY
OR COULD I JUST TYPE IN NEW DISC ID AND BRAND NAME, IN THE
RESPECTIVE FIELDS OF THE IMPORT DISC MODE.

Import Brand Name Disc

I have brought up the disc brand and then typed in the Disc id and the Book id but you still have to type in Artist and title, it means some time in the future when MTU update the database it should be right.
If you custom assemble you won't have any database ever.
Either way you'll get some typing practice in.
