Failed to load DLL: ismtu

I have Microstudio Ver. 4.22 installed on my Windows 7 64-bit PC. I purchased the upgrade for one year from the MTU.com website this morning-mstudio 424.08(File version 12.0.0.49974). When I try to install it, it ends abruptly and gives me the -Error number 0x80040702. Description: Failed To Load DLL: ismtu. Setup will now terminate. I tried doing a search on this subject before posting this question as I am pretty confident that someone else in the past has had this issue but it won't verify the image to let me complete the search. Thanks for any assistance that can be offered.
