All I want to do is \\\"Re-install\\\" KHPro!!
I\\\'ve never had this problem before. I\\\'m also confused with what info to input into the \\\"Install\\\" process.(See my pic)
I\'m into the 3rdwk now since I asked for help. I just want to re-install my KHPro software. Please help. Thank you in advance. Lani.

The top 2 fields are the email, the 3rd field is the Regcode.

MY PROBLEM:
Because both the top field & the 3rd field says \"Registration\", I was inputting my Regcode in both fields.
If the top field was labled, \"Registration Email\", I would\'ve known exactly what to put in there. No wonder it kept saying \"Invalid email.\"

Am I allowed to suggest an idea that would make it easier for people like me, and future buyers, to understand the install instructions?

3rd Field: Registration Code:
