Sony CRX10U Portable USB

I wrote about this interesting little portable in the MicroStudio CD-R section. It works great with MicroCD and fits in your (large) pocket!

requires USB 2?

With MicroEditor, does this portable require USB 2?

USB 2?

No geezer, in fact I'm running it on a Pentium (no numbers) 166 right now - very old motherboard and very pre-USB2. It works flawlessly and seems to be fast enough to play most (saved) projects right off the CD.
I think it's a 4x recorder but it's way faster than my old 4x Yamaha SCSI burner. It's really convenient to have it sitting right next to my keyboard on the desktop.
