Cool Reading and Writing Drives (not shown)

After re-formating my C drive due to Windows problems I had to re-install al my programs. I was askd to install all programs on my D drive by my techical person to keep this from happening again. I am running windows 2000 Pro, re-installd Microstudio which was acepted along with several misc ASPI drivers. However when opening MicroStudio it doesn't read my Plextor CD-R 1.02 Premimum. I did an upgrade a few months ago to the newer version to read the faster reader/writers. (Even had the link saved on an old e-mail to make it easier on myself).
Would appreciate and helpfull advice.

Re: Reading and Writing Drives (not shown)

Charles,
Reinstall the Program, selecting Repair, Modify or Upgrade, whatever your version may show. They will all do the exact same, but it sounds that your ASPI driver has been damaged.

If you still have problems once you do this, then you need to run the Windows Updates, and also get the Latest drivers for your Motherboard from your computer manufacturers website.
