Unhappy Error: Has Been Installed on 3 different computers

I Have recently tried to install Microstudio version 2.609 and got this registration error message
your product has been installed and registered on 3 different computers (I Only Have 2 a desktop and a laptop from MTU
my computer has crashed about 6 times in the past couple of years and i have re-installed microstudio on both computers without a problem
when it crashed the last time i tried to install 2.506 again and got the same error message i then left an e-mail but got no response so i re-installed version 2400 since this is the only one that will install for me now
what do i need to do to fix this situation so that i can install the new updated version?

I'm having the same problem. The solution I was told was to pay the $15.00 for the upgrade which I've already downloaded using the link on the email from the 2.517 upgrade.
