Win 2000 crashing
I downloaded your lastest demo 2.315 software and it crashed (restarted which means crash) also. I have 2.314 I quess i need your 2.312 for my system to operate correctly. WHY would you release a new version and not address this issue?
Please email me 2.312 my understanding is that my key for 2.314 will allow me to use 2.312 Concerned user

Do you own Microstudio?
If you do, please email us the Sales Order number and date so we can verify. Then we can provide you with 2.312, which is a FULL release version.
Why did we release with a bug? Gee wizz, it wasn't intentional I assure you. However, there are MANY screwball things in Windows (as there was with MAC-OS when we supported Apple) that are not known until you discover they create a problem. We have less than 20 folks who have hit this reset problem... out of thousands who use Microstudio. We haven't been able to duplicate the problem yet, which is required to remove it. However, the 2.312 fix works fine.
