Re: upgrading Hoster

You are unlikely to be able to get a personnel response outside of these hours.

A business day is any Monday through Friday that is not a holiday recognized by MTU. MTU Business hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5:30 PM EST. If you place an order on Monday, it would usually ship that day or the following day (Tuesday in this case). If you placed an order on a Friday afternoon, it will usually ship the following Monday. This delay is because Saturday and Sunday are not business days that MTU processes orders.

You can Call/Text us at 919-870-0344 during business hours 9-5 Pm EST. You can contact us at www.mtu.com by clicking on the Live Chat (fastest way to get help) or you can contact us through the Ticket System located here.

However does your friend not remember his old email address ?

They could access their account using the old email address then change that info from within the account page where its says “change my account information”

Re: upgrading Hoster

He remember his old email address but he had no access for it cause it\'s not active anymore (Dead). We provided the new email but the reply is still going to the old email. If they can only send reply to the new email, it would be better. As of now, my friends is still un-attended..But Thanks for your reply Roy anyway..Hope he can have chance to upgrade..

Re: upgrading Hoster

it’s not something I can help with, you need to contact MTU via one of the ways above in their working hours.

Has your friend not tried emailing MTU using their new email address explaining the problem ? Or try phoning them direct.

Or maybe send an email from your own address explaining that your trying to help a friend.

Re: upgrading Hoster

If you can let me know the name, I can look it up and fix the email if you send it to me directly. Support@mtu.com

Re: upgrading Hoster

Closing this thread as it seems MTU support offer was not taken up.
