Unable to Re-install Microstudio - Licensing Issue

6/17/11 This is my second request for support. I am coming close to the point where this will be a critical need and am hoping to have this matter resolved ASAP.

I had to re-initialize my hard drive due to a virus problem on the computer that contains the second licensee version of Microstudio (V 4.22).

I am now attempting to re-establish the image as it was prior to re-init and have failed at my attempt to re-install Microstudio software due to licensing restrictions.

Please advise.
