Question Plextor 708 and 716 drives fully supported in Microstudio 2.610

I have installed a new Plextor 716A in my HP Pentium 4, and have upgraded my microstudio program V2.315 to Microstudio 2.609--but the Plextor drive says "No" to Karaoke in the Microstudio Program. What do I need to do to make this work? Thanks, Barb

Re: Can't burn Karaoke discs using Plextor 716A

Talk about coincidence. I read a post by MTU this morning in another forum. The drivers for the 716 ARE received through an outside vendor and are expected somewhere around Feb. or March 2005..

Thought I'd pass it on to you.

George

Re: Can't burn Karaoke discs using Plextor 716A

As George stated this drive will not be supported until Mid February, when we have the drivers. We only get these every 4 months, and just got the last set.

2.610 has the the updated drivers need for the 716. I have a 716 and just upgraded to 2.610 and it reads the 716 as yes to karaoke.
