Settings display

I am having a problem with my settings screen. I can open a KPR file and all is there, but when I open the settings box it is not fully displayed and I can't make changes. I uninstalled it twice and even upgraded to 4.107 and still same problem. I installed xp on this computer and all else works fine. Microstudio and Hoster both a-ok. The program works well on my laptop??? Thanks Alan
