Cool slow video

I have been making backups and all was fine and now the audio is fine but the graphics and lyrics are not in sync with the sound. they lag 15 to 30, seconds behind, but only on my computer. They play fine on my karaoke players. I'm using windows XP and Micro Studio V2.609 Can anyone point me in the right direction

Re: slow video

Try reducing the Audio Hardware accellerator.

Click START

Click RUN

Type DXDIAG into the box and click OK

After the pages open click the SOUND 1 tab(assuming that's your regular
sound card.) It will tell you at the top of the page in the DEVICE block.

There's a HARDWARE SOUND ACCELLERATOR LEVEL slider.

Move it a notch to the left.

Repeat as necessary moving one notch at a time, minimizing, and checking the play in Microstudio.

See if that improves the sweep/audio sync.

If not, we go back to the drawing board.

Re: slow video

Also make sure that you have all of the Windows Updates from http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com

Then make sure that you get the latest driver updates for your Video card.

Also try what George suggested above.
