Von,

Here's a link to a thread that gives step by step instructions for using Vogone. If nothing else it may help you to see if you're missing a step, or there's another problem.

VON,
have you tried another file, preferably a file that was extracted from a cd using microstudio. this would give us an indication if you have an interface problem or a corrupt file problem.

I have noticed on all your posts there are icons. incinuating that you think the problem is because of the program. In most cases it isn't the program. That is why we are here to help you.

I am a user just like you, and use the same programs you do. I see them working as advertised. As users we are all trying to work together to get you where you can use it for your intended purpose.

you might try reinstalling. it is possible you had a bad installation, or a file that didnt write correctly.

If Gduns suggestion fails, try downloading and installing again . If that fails also, then we're going to need some information from you such as Operating System, Processor make and speed, Memory.

Also, I'm confused about the following. Do you mean that the files you are trying to use were imported with Microstudio, or that you've used Microstudio in the past, or that Microstudio isn't working either?

Thanks for the info...

Try going into the folder where your songs are stored and right click on one of the files. Then go to the bottom of the window that pops up and click on PROPERTIES.

Then click on SUMMARY.

What does the AUDIO SAMPLE SIZE say ?

And what does the AUDIO SAMPLE RATE say ?

Yes, those settings are as they should be.

When you select the input file, does it read correctly in the dialog box next to the select input file button?

For example if the folder your files are in is called "songlist" and it's on C:\ and the song title is "crazy" it should read:

c:\songlist\crazy.wav

Another question, can you open the manual, or is everything just dead?

Have you tried a fresh download?

George

Gduns, can you see anything we're missing??

If I may make a suggestion to you, If you can afford to you really need to upgrade your ram to 512 mg. you have a powerful processor, and your only limitation on that machine is the small ammount of ram you are using. it will help what you are trying to do and speed uo your maching like you wouldnt imagine.

Have a great day!

Glad you got a handle on it.

Gduns's suggestion regarding more memory is right on.

Take care,

George
