I'm considering an upgrade from my current AMD K62 350 Mhz.

Anyone have any suggestions on the best Manufacturer, motherboard, processor and chipset to use?

Thanks for the information but if I can humbly request one more thing? I've done extensive shopping both locally and on the internet with little luck in finding the ABIT VH6 motherboard. What's the difference between the VH6 and the VH6-II??

ABIT is easy to come by but that particular board is a ghost. Maybe MTU could suggest a supplier?

Thanks again!
Cid

Cid_Cat,
I would go with the Abit VH-6 II motherboard if you are looking for a Pentium III processor board. If youre looking for a P4 board, then go with the Abit TH-7 board.

Thanks,
