importing last track on soundchoice and chartbuster cdg's

I am having trouble importing all tracks on certain cdg's it is always the second to last track the very last track appears to be a data track only about 6 seconds long. It has only happend with soundchoice and chartbuster cdg's. Dooes anyone know what I can do???
