V 2014 will not install

V - 2014 will not install.
Downloaded fine.Double click initiated installation
Authorization was successful
moved forward to finish. quick display and over.
did not install.
turned off computer as suggested
startup, repeated process, same results
help!

William, you say "Authorization successful", yet you don't find it installed. It appears the Authorization failed.

Make sure you enter the Email and Serial Number that we provided you on your Installation Instructions. The UPPER/lower case of each letter is absolutely critical. If one is wrong, it won't unlock and install.

message come back "proceed with setup".
I do.
It takes me through to "finish" button.
Does not install.
Restarted, with no luck

Just a quick thought... Make sure you're using the serial number for vogone and not the one you got for KHP or Microstudio.
