Angry invalid serial number

I just purchased keyrite, copied and pasted the serial number exactly into the setup screen, and received an invalid serial number message. This occurred every time I tried to install keyrite. Please help.

Docmur,

The email address is also case sensitive, and must be entered exactly as shown in the download instructions.

Before making any more attempts though, re-boot the computer.

In rare instances, failed attempts keep stacking up even though they're out of sight, having the effect of adding another 32 characters to the input with each attempt. I know this for a fact as it happened to me quite some time ago with a 98SE system.
Re-booting will clear the system if this is the case.

Hope this helps.

George

Smile Thanx George!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thanks, George,

The first letter of my e-mail address was capitalized and I didn't pick it up, especially because of the message,"Invalid serial Number". I did reboot and enter my e-mail address as per letter from the company and everything was cool. Thanks again.
