Windows Internet Explorer 9

Is windows Internet Explorer 9 for Windows 7 for 64 based Systems ok to download? It says it takes up another 37MB of room. Do i really need it, does it interfere with hoster at all? Keeps popping up, and wants me to install it. Is it something i should download in case i need it for future mtu applications???

I like it better than IE8. But I think it's more eye appeal than anything - I don't think it's a neccesity for Hoster - at least at this time.

IE 9 doesn't hurt Hoster. In fact any Windows 7 now has both versions 64 bit and 32 bit version installed on it already and 37 MB is not much room on the hard drive.

Does seem that way for a while. It will settle down though. I also have a new Windows 7 system and been working through a lot of updates.
