the web page mtu.com/install/install.htm will not work please help

http://mtu.com/install/install.htm works fine.
It is probably a temporary condition at your Internet Service Provider or the Internet may have been busy. Try again later.

This is not where you download the software from, just so that you know. This is an installation instruction document.
You download the software from your "Personal download Link" in your original email.
