Exclamation System Requirements for your CDG certified MTU burners

I'm starting a project to duplicate my entire CDG & VCD collection to launch my own entertainment business.

Q: What are the minimum & suggested PC requirements for your CDG certified MTU burners, specifically 8x DVD+R 40x CDR External Mount USB drive & 52x CDRW External Mount USB drive?

To start with, this web site I've seen so far is pretty awesome. If you can point me to the right direction towards my inquiry, I would appreciate and move on to the next task. Regards
