Error Messages

Please keep the following tips in mind when you are seeking technical assistance.

1. State your problem as clearly as possible.

2. If you are receiving error messages, post those messages as accurately as you can.

Each error message you receive has a meaning, and points to specific problem. These messages give "troubleshooting" starting points so the problem can be diagnosed and solved! Those crazy cryptic words and numbers have significant meanings and map the way to solve problems!

Additionally, it also helps if you post your system configuration such as type of computer, operating system, CPU, sound card, and especially CDROM brand and model number. The world of karaoke is a world of its own and the hardware and software requirements are very specifics and demanding.

Nothing will give you more pleasure, in this karaoke world, than having the programs you buy, running as close to perfect as possible.

99.9999% of the problems we get can be solved quickly when we start with the right information, and most of the times, the problem is hardware related.

Best regards to all,

Jon
