Hoster Locking up

Hi can anyone help me with this situation when the song finishes playing the software locks up and I cannot play anymore songs and have to restart hoster PLEASE HELP ME
I am using a Dell 8500 inspiron with 64 mgb Nvidia geforce4 4200 and 512 ram which is fine for the job.

Bryan, 4 times on Fri. night and 6 times on Sat. night. The song will be playing , then the video goes,then the music goes, then in a few seconds the music will come back,but no video. When the song is finished , you end up with a blank screen.?????Also could you tell me how to copy drive d to drive c , it seems that while my wife and I were coping cdg's we didn't always use no.1 therefore my back up is not correct.I would like to use my laptop this weekend if you can help me solve these problems.
