Need version of MicroCD

Hi

I need to get ahold of a version of MicroCD that works with Medit 2.7b and the Rev J board and a 4x panasonic scsi writer. I have Micro CD 2.3b that works fine with Krystal. Any help or info would be appreciated.

Thanks
Lee

This certainly exists....

I know that I am certainly in possesion of all versions of MicroCD going back to the original in '95 or so, so I certainly have the "final" for 2.7b......MTU should, of course, have the same thing. If someone can tell me what the version number was, I can certainly dig it up.

The question is: Will any version written for 2.7b work with and/or have drivers for the specific burner you have? That seems doubtful to me, but only the folks at MTU can tell you whether there is any way to make these compatible. I remember the driver list at that point being pretty limited, and only being expanded during the Krystal age.

I'm not smart enough about programming to know whether any later versions or drivers have backwards compatability.....I would guess that you are going to have to run Win 95 with any such setup.

It looks like the last version tha would work with that is MicroCD 2.1a.

I am not positive, but this is what it shows under the Upgrades Page located at: http://mtu.com/support/microcd-versions.htm
