Yamaha F1/Cendyne 48x
2.400 works great with my Sony 168 drive. However, in my Yamaha it reads the cdg subcode wrong (scrambled). Here is something weird. If I import a song in my Sony and then burn it with my Yamaha, no problem!! ha??? mmm interesting!
Cendyne advertises itself as being able to burn karaoke cds, but it's still not recognized in this version, but I was able to duplicate a CDG with Clone CD. Hopefully it will be recognized in the near future. |

Yamaha CDR drives have not been reliable for CDG work for several years. We will consider adding it in the future, but based on past expereince, don't expect it to work correctly. What CloneCD can do using DAO96 writing method has nothing to do with CDG, so don't confuse them. They cannot import individual songs or play from the disc as Microstudio does. |
