Trouble with 3.316 update - FIX: Do Remove -vs- Update

As you can see from this previous post, I had mentioned that I had NOT received the usual email to upgrade to 3.316. I went to my account, the upgrade to 3.312 is still there, not an upgrade to 3.316. So, how do I upgrade to the 3.316?, without the email, or do I need to request an email be sent to me?

I received an e-mail on the upgrade but am having trouble installing so I am not going to worry about it, the way I understand it is mainly for vista.
also I understand 3.316 is the last upgrade in the 3.00 series. the next will be 4.00.

Your account will no longer have the upgrades. If you didn't receive the email then you need to go to the Support Center and submit a ticket for the problem. That would be the only way to get it.
