I really don't think they are working on any solution to my problem....I've been online since this morning and have yet to get a real answer. All I got was auto e-mail with instructions like the one they sent when I bought it...

Re: what support??? You got my money now I can't get any help???

We're all sorry you are running into AOL created problems. They "protect" their users from everything, even buying and downloading product over the Internet.

Call AOL and ask them how to disable their download accelerator. They are the ones you need support from.

As to the "99" download attempts, that is caused by the AOL download accelerator trying to create more than 99 parallel downloads at the same time. Most download programs (including ours) won't allow that. AOL used to create 8 parallel downloads at the same time, which would work with our downloader. This is a very bad move for AOL.

You have two options:

1. Call AOL and have their support people tell you how to disable their "download accelerator". If they can't, consider leaving AOL and go to a less protective Internet Service Provider. Netscape also uses a download accelerator so don't go there. Netzero makes their accelerator optional, which is a GOOD THING! MSN or hotmail are OK also.

BTW: AOL will also block emails from MTU to you because we are a company (.com). So, you will continually have problems with AOL. The only reason you are getting our Forum emails is they are on our mtu.ORG site, which AOL won't block.

2. Order Hoster 3.108 on CDROM and we will mail it to you. That's your simplest choice.

However, Hoster 3.109 should be released by the end of this month. It provides a much faster way of importing your MP3+G and ZIP files into Hoster's Database.

If you can wait, I would. Of course, if you dump AOL, you can download it for free today! Choices...........

Linda,
I have also resent you another email. Your Link is WORKING for me fine. It delivers Hoster3108setup.exe. So the problem is on your end.

Please have it fixed, so that you can download the file, it is working fine from the email that I have just sent you.

Thumbs up Re: what support??? You got my money now I can't get any help???

Thank you for putting up with my problem, the download link works for you and it probebly will for me, however I'm not taking anymore chances...I'm taking it to the shop and letting them download for me so I can't screw anything up...I disabled the AOL accelorater last night....but I have a feeling somehow it's still on. Again, thank you , I'm sure it will work....soon. Looking forward to this program and all the upgrades with all the new features. Have a happy karaoke day.
