The latest response to your ticket was:

Currently the programmer is working very hard every day on Microstudio, and has been for about the last month. He is making progress but it will only burn one track correctly and the rest are all garbled and messed up. This is totally NEW code that he is having to rewrite from our old TRIED and True working code. I honestly Have no idea, as we have not even started to Beta test it yet, as its that fresh.

As to KHPro, he will be looking into that once Microstudio is done and released.

Which was what I said. However, I have not seen any posts in Forums or heard anything from MTU indicating KHPro doesn't work on 64 bit. They are going to work on KHPro, but the only things they are working on that I know of is enhancements to add more format capabilities. Maybe MTU Support misunderstood your question or focused just on the Microstudio as they are having a hard time getting it to work right.
Since you need both for your 64 bit studio computer to work then I guess you need to wait a bit longer at least until Microstudio gets fixed.

Re: windows 7 64bit

Their response was rather vague, however my ticket concerned operating on 64 bit....and not about anything else. So since it was about operating on 64bit i naturally took it to mean.........

Re: windows 7 64bit

Hey Dale,
Just wanted to update you on my Microstudio working with Windows 7 64bit. I burned a karaoke disc just 2 days ago and I checked both the 1st track and the last one, (22nd), and they came out beautifully. As I told you before, my Microstudio has been working burning disc correctly since before I upgraded from Vista 64 bit to Windows 7 64bit and still is. You mentioned it might be some program I might have that may be opening up Microstudio to work with 64 bit. If that's the case, I would be open to have MTU's personnel to do a remote session with me to examine what's causing this to work for me, and possibly find a fix so the rest of the users can have it work for them also. By the way, on a previous post in this thread, I also told you about me trying to get back my other programs; KHPro, Vogone, and Keyrite. Admin answered me on this thread, and told me to get with Bryan. I wasn't expecting to get them free, but maybe pay for an upgrade because it was long ago, but MTU furnished them to me for free. Not only do we have World Class Karaoke programs, but also the company, MTU, and all the people working for them are also World Class. That also includes the people like you Dale that so tirelessly spend your own personal time helping other people on these threads. Thanks to all of you.

Re: windows 7 64bit

Your welcome. Contact Bryan again and get him to remote in to look at it to see why it is working for you. I am sure they would be very interested.
