I have been getting mine just a couple of days after they come out. Seems they're getting later every month.

You do know that KIAA was formed by Sound Choice & Chartbuster & a couple others (PHM I think was another)?

They sure won't admit it. I asked chartbuster on the phone several weeks ago if they had anything at all to do with the KIA{A}, and the mess they have made of the karaoke industry. And they told me a resounding "NO". Go figure

POINT OF LAW:

If you (Defendant) are sued under Copyright Law for infringement, if the Plaintiff looses, you can recover "some" of your legal costs from the Plaintiff. I say "some" because the Courts won't agree to allow the full price charged by Lawyers.

That's one reason these companies don't want to sue on Copyright infringement.

Funny these other companies have been added to the list as being founding members when all they had listed back when they first showed up was Sound Choice and Stellar Records. And they have never posted a list of any other members such as KJ Hosts, Venues or Distributors. Guess they don't want there names associated with Sound Choice and their tactics.

That was just one person on the end of one phone in one of their offices.

I'd kinda like to believe that one person on the end of that one telephone in that one office taking my order, could represent chartbuster and it's affliations in a correct manner. Or could of transfered me over to someone who could. Can't have it both ways.
