Songverter 1.2 Delete Original Problem
I just discovered that this button is not working.
When activating this feature the original files still remain and are not deleted. I am running vista so I don't know if this could be causing the problem. |

I just checked this and you are correct. I don't normally use this as I want to be sure the conversion is correct before I delete the original. WHen I move files on my computer I don't use the move command for the same reason. I use the copy to move and then after checking new location for files, I then delete the originals.
I'll report this on the MTU in the morning. I don't know when they will get a fix out for it though.

James, are you using the same folder to read/write these files from? If so, right-click the folder you are using, chose properties and check the security settings. You will most likely have the full control disabled. If this works, post back and let us know. I don't use Songverter so I can't test this, but it sounds like the usual Vista hand holding.

That's not it Mark. I tried it and I know I have full control of all of my folders. It just isn't deleting them.

Sorry Dale, I missed the first sentence of your response. I thought it just more Vista crap to deal with.
