Jim, sounds like the program on stage is working good. But what about importing Videos???? Have you tried this? I have hundreds of videos that need to be added. It's time consuming to use WMP to look them up while doing a Show & the singers never check that list in the back of the book. Several times, I have discovered that some songs were available on video, that the singers asked for but I didn't have time to look up for them.

Thanks Jim. I have 1g on one and 1.5g on the other. I also have a new laptop with 2g and Windows XP just in case. I am pleased to hear that it will run with 512 without all the other things running. I pretty much just use hoster during my shows. Sincerely, Henry

Also since IE7 & Windows Media 11 or 12 are required means XP is the only platform to run on. Windows 2000 & below are no longer able to work with 4.0.

I updated my older XP laptop with SP3 and IE7, so I can install 4.0 and practice on it. If I use that computer to Import my video files, will I be able to copy the database onto my Vista so that I can least find and play my video files from within the Search feature? (all my KMAs are kep on an ext. hd)

Skybird,
I have four wmv files that I had to make to get around the sound choice media block. I rarely get a request to sing them since one of my singers moved. In a effort to help you out, I tried to import one of my wmv file and see where the "Import Video Files" feature is going to be in 4.10 . I know it's hard to wait for a new feature that you've been wanting, I've been waiting for the time a singer sings to be calculated for a little less than a year now. It's here and it was worth the wait, you won't be dissapointed with 4.0, hang in there. Jim ![]()

!. I do not use Windows Media Player during my shows. 2. I do not use PCDJ 3. I do not run videos during my shows. If these points apply to you you CAN run 4.0 with 512 of ram but I would do as Gary and MTU suggest and get more ram to insure that 4.0 runs well for you under all conditions. Jim ![]()
