Moving hoster lite to a new laptop

Hi,

I have had to buy a new laptop after my sister stood on my other laptop!

I tried to install Hoster Lite on the new laptop but it fails cos the license is for the other laptop.

How can I move my license to the new laptop? I have emailed support 3 times but not had a reply.

Tom

you need to submit a ticket to support

lite only gets one license.

Did you email them using the Web Email from the Support page or did you use the old email address? The old address does not work.
Second thing is the average time for getting to your problem fixed (reset your registration) is about 2 days. Then you have the Holidays and weekend, so I wouldn't expect them to get to your problem before Monday.

Tom, you are cleared to re-install.

Buy your sister a trampoline, or a restraining Straight-jacket depending on how old she is.
